Shared Storage

Hello there,

Has anyone seen a good tutorial/explanation for setting up shared storage
with NLB? I'm worried mainly about my security settings on windows 2003
server.

I have 5 balanced web servers. They're working great. I need to host a
large number of files (images, docs and videos). I would like all of the
files to reside on a 6th computer that has an attached hard drive array and
need each web server to access the files at will.

If I copy all the files onto each balanced web server then it's easy. My
problem is having the files all come from a centralized machine.

Try using mapped drives on the 6th server or UNC paths to access the files.
NLB won't intrfere with access to the 6th server as long as it's not in the
NLB cluster.
